This is a bespoke manufacturing service whereby all our products are made-to-order to your specification and therefore refunds and returns of goods are not possible. We encourage customers to contact us regarding products before making orders if in doubt or need more clarification and take care with the specification and to understand the terms and conditions of their order. By making a purchase order and invoicing you agree to pay for the good listed and understand that no refund, replacement can be claimed for the goods once the order has been placed.
Product Information
Our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we recommend our products be installed by a professional body shop as minor adjustment may be required during fitting.
Please be advise our product picture are for reference only. We strive to continuously improve our products designs, slight changes and alteration maybe made and not reflected on the site product pictures.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change any time , but changes will not affect orders in respect of which have already been sent with parcel tracking number.
The sites contains a large number of products and it is always possible , despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site maybe incorrectly priced. In the occurrence of this issue if the correct price is less than the price stated on the site, we will charge you the lower amount. If the correct product’s price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch of the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Dispute resolution
You agree that all matters relating to the site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R China and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. If you are based in the European Union, you may make claims in the courts of the country where you reside. Any Claim under the use of the site and products provided by this site must be brought within 6 months after the cause of actions arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and legal counsel fees. In the event of any altercation or dispute involving you and Carbon-BP (Win Sq Limited) in connection to your use of the site, the parties shall attempt, to resolve any such dispute in a timely manner. If we are unable resolve the issue is a reasonable time (not exceeding 30 days), then either party may submit such dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then both parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under the applicable law.
